§ Mr. MabaneMy Noble Friend has not overlooked the desirability of providing some sugarless soft drinks for diabetics, and he is prepared to permit by licence, under the Order referred to by the hon. Member, the manufacture of an approved range of such drinks by a limited number of firms which are qualified to produce them. My Department is making the necessary arrangements in consultation with the Soft Drinks Industry (War Time) Association, Ltd.
