Farrow, who claims to have become a conscientious objector, has not been granted facilities to appear before the Advisory Tribunal in respect of his second qualifying sentence of imprisonment which ended on 12th January, 1943; and whether the Royal Air Force will adopt the same practice as the Army in permitting such applications in respect of each qualifying sentence?
