§ Mr. H. MorrisonI have carefully considered the representations to which my hon. Friend refers. In accordance with the provisions of the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932, and Defence Regulation 42B, I have presented to the House an Order to give effect to the decision of the city council and I have given Notice of Motion that the Order be approved. The Motion is included in to-day's Order Paper.
