§ Mr. LytteltonAn analysis of a number of shift rota schemes, including the C 75W plan, was prepared under my authority and circulated to the Supply Departments and others interested. Conditions vary very widely between one firm and another and no one scheme is suitable for universal adoption. Each of the Supply Departments is engaged in encouraging and assisting firms to make arrangements appropriate to their particular circumstances.
