Mr. Deputy-Speaker

The Motion cannot be discussed.

Mr. Tinker

I am not discussing it. I wish to put a question. As the Sitting is to be extended, might we ask Members to curtail their speeches? We can say all we want in a 10-minute speech.

Mr. Gallacher

Will the right hon. Gentleman reconsider, through the usual channels a much further extension than that proposed? In view of the situation that has arisen, I think we ought to carry the Debate on until we finish the Business and then come back to the fact that there is a war on.

Question put, and agreed to.
