§ Mr. R. Morganasked the Minister of Pensions whether he is a member of the Ministerial Committee on Reconstruction Problems; and whether plans for the return to London of the established staff of his Ministry to enable re-evacuation to be completed by the close of hostilities are being formulated apart from security considerations?
§ Sir W. WomersleyThe answer to the first part of the Question is in the negative. As regards the second part, as things are at present, I regret that I can hold out no hope of it being found practicable to arrange for the return to London of the evacuated staff of my Department by the close of hostilities.
