HC Deb 11 February 1943 vol 386 c1463W
Mr. Goldie

asked the Secretary of State for War by whose authority firing has been resumed on the rifle range at Warrington, notwithstanding the condemnation of this range by his Department as unsafe; and whether, in view of the danger involved, he will issue instructions for firing on this range to cease forthwith and to be carried on, as it has been until recently, solely on the new range provided at public expense in substitution for the range so condemned?

Sir J. Grigg

I am investigating this matter, and will communicate with my hon. and learned Friend.
