The members (who were formerly members of the Import Duties Advisory Committee) are Lord May (Chairman), Sir Percy Ashley and Sir Allan Powell, with Sir Harold Howitt as assessor. The Secretary is Mr. W. Rendell, Treasury. The Committee has begun to sit.
