§ Colonel StanleyMr. Wallace Johnson is no longer interned but has been released under a Restriction Order and is residing at Bonthe in Sierra Leone. It would not be justifiable to relax these restrictions so long as the Governor is satisfied that measures of restraint are necessary in order to prevent Mr. Johnson from acting in a way prejudicial to public safety or defence.
