AndersonSecurity arrangements within Departments are the responsibility of the head of the Department concerned, subject to such central co-ordination and advice as may from time to time appear appropriate. While I will certainly bear my hon. Friend's suggestion in mind, I am not aware that there is any general laxity as regards the care of Government property.
