HC Deb 16 December 1943 vol 395 cc1720-1W
Sir T. Moore

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Economic Warfare whether he is satisfied with the amount of wheat and flour now monthly being delivered to Greece; and whether he has any information to show that the Germans are permitting this food to reach the people for whom it is intended?

Mr. Foot

The first part of the Question does not admit of a categorical answer. As I informed my hon. Friend the Member for Gorton (Mr. Oldfield) on 7th December the scale of relief sent to Greece is constantly under consideration. As regards the second part of the Question I would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the statement I made in the Debate on 10th November.
