§ Sir T. Mooreasked the Secretary of State for War whether he will consider 1702W making arrangements for an interchange of Russian and British officers, staff and regimental, during the remaining period of the war, so that each might give to and receive from the other knowledge of each others methods and professional activities?
§ Mr. A. HendersonThe necessary machinery and facilities for a full and free exchange of information on military subjects is in existence through the Soviet Military Mission in this country and the British Military Mission in the Soviet Union. Such steps as are possible are being taken to arrange visits by Soviet officers to British theatres of operations andvice versa in order to improve the knowledge of each other's methods. Soviet officers have recently visited the Front in Italy, and it is hoped that our Mission in Moscow will be given similar facilities in due course.
