§ Miss HorsbrughMy right hon. and learned Friend has seen the judgment of the High Court. The district auditor is an independent officer and my right hon. and learned Friend is not empowered to instruct him as to the prosecution of an appeal. It is a matter on which he would naturally be guided by the advice of counsel.
