HC Deb 14 December 1943 vol 395 c1414W
Major Kimball

asked the Secretary of State for War whether he can arrange for first-class modern films to be provided and shown free of charge to British troops in the B.N.A.F.?

Sir J. Grigg

A considerable number of the latest films, including some which have not yet been generally released to the public in this country have for some months past been shown to British troops in this Command. Except at certain static cinemas no admission charges are made.
