§ Mr. FootIt was decided in May this year to reinforce the Economic Warfare Mission in New Delhi. Suitable staff, however, were not immediately available in India, and it was therefore necessary, if the work of the mission was not to be held up, to send out as soon as possible two members of the London staff of my Department, one of whom was Mrs. Lindsay.
