§ Mr. Noel-BakerYes, Sir, my Noble Friend recently received a copy of a resolution about amenities for railway workers adopted at a meeting held by the London District of the National Union of Railwaymen. My Noble Friend noted that the 1165W Resolution had been referred to the joint executive committee of the three railway unions, and when its receipt was acknowledged it was made clear that in accordance with established practice my Noble Friend would await any representations made to him by the head office of the union concerned.
