HC Deb 07 December 1943 vol 395 cc791-2W
Mr. Rhys Davies

asked the Minister of Food whether, in view of the arduous nature of their work, he has considered supplying those employed in and around coalmines with food rations not less than those provided for men serving in His Majesty's Forces in this country; and, if so, with what result?

Mr. Mabane

I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply given to the hon. Member for Twickenham (Mr. Keeling) on 10th November, last.
