§ Mr. Naylorasked the Secretary of State for War if he has considered the particulars taken by the police of an accident which occurred in the morning black-out on Wednesday, 6th January, 1943, when Mrs. E. Hart, of 161, East Street, Southwark, was knocked down by an Army lorry as she was about to enter a tramcar in the Old Kent Road, Southwark; and whether he will consider the desirability of making a grant to Mrs. Hart, whose head and leg injuries necessitated her detention in hospital until November and whose clothes and other personal belongings were destroyed as a result of the accident?
