§ Mr. H. MorrisonNew rules were required to give effect to an undertaking which I had given to provide a right of appeal against a disciplinary award involving dismissal or reduction in rate of pay. It was thought that these and other minor changes should preferably be embodied in a revised code rather than issued as amendments to the existing Rules.
