§ Mr. DaltonIn the Schedule to the Location of Retail Businesses Order, 1942, there are separate categories for electrical torches and batteries and for electrical goods and appliances (other than torches and batteries). If a trader wishes to deal both in electrical goods and in torches and batteries he must apply for a licence for both categories. I see no reason, therefore, to revise this Order.
