§ Sir J. GriggThe establishment of locally entered clerks of the War Department in Malta is governed by the provisions of the National Whitley Council Agreement of 11th August, 1939. All the2108W members of the staff who fulfil the conditions laid down in the agreement have been placed on the establishment.
