Thomson, 11, Spout Mouth, Glasgow, C.1; and whether he will consider prosecuting the publisher and printer thereof for libel or sedition or under the Defence of the Realm Regulations?
§ The Lord AdvocateMy attention has been called to this pamphlet. Libel is not a crime under the law of Scotland. I have considered whether it would be possible to prosecute for sedition or under the Defence Regulations but cannot find that any crime has been committed.
