§ Mr. E. BrownNo, Sir. I do not think that this would be an appropriate method of dealing with the problem of ensuring a supply of clean and safe milk. That problem is engaging the closest attention of the Government and I would ask my hon. Friend to await a statement of policy which it is hoped to make at an early date.
