§ Mr. E. BrownThe answer to the first part of the Question is "Yes, Sir," and I would refer my hon. Friend also to the answer given to my hon. Friend the Member for Southampton (Mr. Craven-Ellis) on 31st March. On the second part of the Question I am certain that suitable cottages can be designed on the basis of the type plans issued for the general guidance of the local authorities concerned.
