Friend will be glad to know that my Department, in collaboration with the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, are doing all that they can to promote the safety of children on the roads. They are receiving valuable assistance from the British Broadcasting Corporation who broadcast frequent talks to parents about what they should do to instruct, control, and help their children.
