Edwardsasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that the rule allowing only 5 per cent. on the cost of repairs to a perambulator retailer, out of which he has to defray all carriage charges, makes it necessary for the dealer to do this work at a loss; and whether he will reconsider the Order with a view to fixing a fair margin of profit?
