Major Lloyd GeorgeNo basic ration for motor-cycles will be issued after the end of October. During November motor cyclists will be allowed to use at their discretion basic ration petrol remaining in the tanks of their motor-cycles. After the end of November, it will not be permissible to use in a motor-cycle any petrol, however acquired, except for approved purposes, A Statutory Order giving effect to these decisions will be published in due course.
