asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many, and which, of the five French, Belgian and Dutch directors of the Bank for International Settlements are resident in Axis-occupied territory or Vichy France?

Presumably all these directors are resident in Axis-occupied territory or Vichy France, but I have no definite information on the matter.
