§ Mr. H. MorrisonI have made inquiry and have ascertained that the hoardings in question are, with one exception, within the area of the Chislehurst and Sidcup Urban District Council. I am sending my hon. Friend copies of the by-laws made by that authority under the Advertisements Regulations Acts, 1907 and 1925.
