§ Mr. MabaneI regret that I am unable to give details of the tonnage of dog biscuits manufactured in the United Kingdom during the last six months, but my Department has during that period released to manufacturers in the form of cereal products unfit for human consumption one-third of their pre-war usage of cereals and cereal products.
