§ Mr. Harold MacmillanYes, Sir. Far-reaching plans are in hand for the relief of unemployment in Jamaica by various development schemes. These will partly be financed by the loan referred to. But I cannot at this stage give details of the schemes or the numbers likely to be employed on them.
