asked the Minister of Fuel and Power by what method and upon what dates, prior to the engagement of the contractor who was employed until the beginning of September, were the following merchants, trading at Solihull, respectively, approached by his representative with a view to unloading and stacking coal at the Solihull reserve dump: Messrs. George Harwood, T. Foster and Sons, Proctor and Lavender, Limited, Evesons (Coals), Limited, J. A. Burrows and Sons, A. H. Proctor, J. F. Fryer, W. H. Gray, T. H. Truelove and Sons; what other local merchants were approached, and when?
