Mr. Harvey

asked the Minister of Fuel and Power whether his attention has been directed to the need of persons now living in houses damaged by air raids for additional coal or other means of heating; and whether he will make suitable provision under any voluntary or compulsory rationing scheme for some additional allowance of fuel to be made in such cases?
