asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, in order to allay the anxiety of the many hundreds of parents and dependants concerned, who have now been without official information for 12 months, he is in a position to make any statement as to the prospects for the repatriation of prisoners who are eligible under Article 68 of the Geneva Convention?
