HC Deb 17 November 1942 vol 385 c225W
Mr. Parker

asked the Secretary of State for War whether he is satisfied that proper arrangements have been made for the disposal of used sump oil from Army vehicles for reclamation?

Sir J. Grigg

A great deal of this sump oil is used as fuel for cooking and for incinerators. The rest is sold to firms with the equipment needed to reclaim it for use as lubricating oil.
