§ Mr. MabaneNo, Sir. The institution of special arrangements for the sole purpose of dealing with a seasonal trade of short duration will not be justified. Arrangements which have been made regarding supplies from Eire should, however, enable a reasonable share of those supplies to reach the London wholesale markets.
