§ Mr. SandysAn inquiry is in progress into the cause of the explosions in Richmond Park and at Chelmsford. The latter resulted in ten members of the Home Guard and ten civilians being killed, and one seriously injured. Smoke is used by the British Army as by other armies for concealment.
