Mr. Keeling

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is aware that British pensioners of the International Settlement at Shanghai have received no payment since September last; and whether he proposes to take any action?

I would refer my hon. Friend to the replies given to my hon. Friend the Member for Moseley (Sir P. Hannon) on 6th May, and to my hon. Friend the Member for Reigate (Mr. Touche) on 13th May.
