§ Captain PilkingtonAs has been announced in this House there is, under the chairmanship of the Director of Scientific Research, a scientific advisory panel, consisting of two eminent scientists and two specially selected naval officers. This panel has already carried out a number of inquiries and has visited the most important naval establishments in which research is conducted.
