HC Deb 26 March 1942 vol 378 c2184W
Sir T. Moore

asked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the decisive contribution made to the success of warship weeks by the use of military bands, he will consider stationing such bands at large centres of the civilian population where they can play a useful part in sustaining the high spirit of the people?

Mr. Sandys

I would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the reply given to him on the 17th March.
