Reservation under the Schedule extends only to whole-time members of University teaching staffs, to1688W whole-time teachers in an institution or institutions recognised as efficient by the Board of Education or under inspection by the Scottish Education Department, or which, on the recommendation of the appropriate Government Department is, or are, regarded as entitled to similar treatment, and to whole-time teachers in approved schools.
