§ Sir K. WoodThere is already provision for deferred credits of substantial amounts in respect of Income Tax deducted from wages. I do not think it necessary or advisable to impose the part payment of wages by means of deferred credits, with the many complications of detail entailed by the variety of individual circumstances.
