HC Deb 11 March 1942 vol 378 c1073W
Mr. Norman Bower

asked the Attorney-General whether, in view of the urgent necessity of saving paper, the Probate Registry will devise a much smaller and simpler form for use in small estates than those now in use?

The Attorney-General

Steps have already been taken to economise paper by having forms on single sheets where possible and an inferior quality of paper is now in use. It would not be practicable to have forms of different sizes depending on the amount of the estate.
