HC Deb 11 March 1942 vol 378 c1078W
Mr. Parker

asked the Minister of information why recent broadcasts to Hungary have told the Hungarians that they must keep their army for use against their neighbours, after the end of the present war; and whether he is aware that such statements caused much disquiet among our friends and Allies?

Mr. Bracken

I do not think that it would be in the national interest to discuss this matter in public.
