§ Captain WaterhouseSmall supplies of utility lighters have already been delivered by manufacturers, and deliveries will increase during March. The maximum retail price has been fixed at 6s. 6d., but I532W understand that some types will be sold for rather less. The price includes an Excise duty of 2s. 6d.
