§ Mr. ButlerAs far as the public system of education is concerned, knowledge of our Chinese Allies can best be imparted in connection with instruction and discussions on current affairs. The importance of such instruction and discussions in present times is fully recognised by the teachers and is emphasised by H.M. Inspectors.
