Mr. HudsonIt is not the practice of the Milk Marketing Board to divert to the Tithe Commissioners any payments due from the Board to registered producers except under an order of the Court. Since September, 1939, the Board has diverted payments in 64 cases, in each instance as the result of a garnishee summons.
