asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Works and Buildings whether, in regard to the building it is intended to construct at Colwyn Bay for a Government Department, tenders have been invited from local builders?

Yes, Sir. Tenders have been invited from builders in Wrexham and Liverpool.
