§ Mr. ButlerNo, Sir. I fear I cannot reverse this decision. I am sending the hon. Member a copy of a reply which I gave on 12th February to my hon. Friend the Member for Bilston (Mr. Hannah), in which I indicated the only circumstances in which the Board can ask for the release of a teacher from the Armed Forces.
