asked the Minister of Health whether he proposes to publish the report of the committee dealing with the allocation of medical personnel between the Services, the Emergency Medical Service and the civilian population?

I have been in consultation on this matter with my right hon. Friends the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Ministers in charge of the Service Departments, and I am satisfied that it would not be in the public interest to publish in full the report to which my hon. and gallant Friend refers. I will, however, consider whether an abridged version could usefully be prepared and published.
